私はにアップしてきた何 (What I've Been Up To)

imageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageHello everyone!!  It's been almost 5 months since my last post, and I apologize for that.  I'm in my junior year of high school right now, and I've just been cramming in work and studying everyday; sadly, I haven't really found time to blog. However, I'm on Spring break right now and I would like to fit in a some blog posts before I head back to school in a week. image On today's post, I'd just like to update you guys on what I've been up to for these past couple of months. image
Honestly, as I've mentioned before, I've pretty much been studying and trying to keep up with my school work for these past few months. image Since college applications are coming up, I'm crammed with work for now. Once this school year is over, I will definitely get back to blogging more often!  One thing that I've changed over the past few months is my hair - as you can see by my updated profile picture, I've gotten bangs! Heh heh. I decided to get them cut in December and I am pretty happy with my decision.
Besides schoolwork, I've enrolled in another course at FIT. This time, I'm taking a class on fashion merchandising and it's great!  We go on a lot of little field trips inside and outside of the campus which I love. Just like last time, it takes place at FIT in NYC every Saturday. I have a team project due pretty soon about fast-fashion stores which I'm excited to present. If you ever get the chance to take classes at FIT, I'd recommend it! They're always super fun and you learn a lot from them. image
Also, I've enrolled an online course about "fashion industry essentials"! image This course is offered by Teen Vogue and Parsons; it's a program that the two collaborated on and designed for anyone to take. I think this is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to enter the fashion industry or just for anyone interested in learning more about the fashion industry. image The course helps you to build a portfolio and when you complete the whole program, you get a certificate from Teen Vogue and Parsons that you can put on your resume!  I'm excited to complete this course and learn more about the fashion industry~ image If you'd like, you can apply through here Originally, the course if $549; however, if you use a referral code or have someone else use your referral code, you can get $50 off! In case you are interested, my referral code is "KRISTINA3"!
One of the more exciting things that I want to share with you guys is my obsession with Haikyuu!! LOL  Though I don't really have the time right now to keep up with most other animes, I always find time to watch Haikyuu every week, heh heh (although the last episode of the season is being released next week image). I've sort of drowned myself with Haikyuu!! merchandise and I can proudly say that I do not regret one bit of it.  It's such an amazing, addicting, and emotional anime, hehehe.  I wasn't sure how I felt about sports anime when I first heard about them; but I've learned about their true beauty in the past few months and I'm absolutely in love. image I'd just like to show you one of my post prized possessions of Haikyuu!! merchandise: my two life-size tapestries of the bbs Oikawa and Tetsurou. I love them so much oh my gosh.  If you have time to check out Haikyuu!! (if you haven't already), I'd DEFINITELY recommend it. imageimageimage Also, if you'd like to talk to someone about how amazing Haikyuu!! is, I'm always here, hehe.
Ok, that's all I have to update on for now! image I'm planning to post at least one other blog post before Spring break ends. If I don't, I promise to post a lot more during summer and the time after that.  Thank you so much for reading, I really hope that you enjoyed this post!
